What's Included?

On a Papillon holiday, you can expect to receive all the support and personal care you receive at home from your families and carers.

Our dedicated staff team is on hand 24 hours a day and is devoted to making your stay with us a happy and pleasurable experience.

We offer a unique three tier support system (see support package) to cater for most support needs, weather it be support with personal care, physical assistance or perhaps a little supervision whilst we are out on one of our varied holiday activities.

We will gather all the information regarding your support requirements on our home assessment visit and by the information you provide us with via our holiday care plans (see home visit).

The prices stated in the holidays section are for a standard care package holiday with two or a maximum of three holidaymakers to one staff ratio.

Those needing one to one personal care and support around our sometimes-large holiday accommodation and grounds or those who would need one to one support whilst out on activity would pay a supplement (see support packages).

Included in the price of your holiday:

  • Free home assessment visit for those in or around the Greater Manchester area (see home visit). Those living 15 miles outside of Manchester would need to pay a travel supplement (see free pick up).
  • Free transport to and from your holiday destination from your home or a place of your choosing within Greater Manchester. Those living outside of Greater Manchester would need to pay a travel supplement (see free pick up).
  • All meals including breakfast, lunch, picnics, evening meal and supper as well as a selection of soft drinks hot and cold at our holiday accommodation.
  • All excursion and days trips are included in the cost of the holiday.
  • Holidaymakers would need to purchase any gifts to take back with them, along with snacks and drinks other than those at set meal times and when out on activities, and should come with the required funds to do so.
  • On certain themed holidays, such as Halloween, TV and movies, Highlights of Scotland and heroes and villains, we will finish our holiday with a themed evening meal and fancy dress costume party where holiday makers will be invited to dress up accordingly. Those holidaymakers wishing to dress for the theme will be given time throughout the week to purchase items to create a costume and should come with funds to do so. Alternatively they could bring items from home.
  • For our Christmas holiday, we at Papillon will give a set amount of monies from our holiday budget to each holiday maker who will be encouraged to purchase a Christmas gift for another holiday maker attending the holiday to present to them at our Christmas meal.
