New member of staff team

We would like to welcome our newest addition to our staff team – Cassie. Those of you who have been away with us recently may have already met Cassie, as she has been on placement with us from Manchester City College for the last month.
We are pleased to have Cassie join our staff team, now she has completed her course in health and social care, and I expect she will bring a lot of energy to our holidays.

 

2012 Brochure

We are planning to put our 2012 brochure out mid September and we have included a couple of exiting new additions to the program, as well as some old favourites! New holidays to look out for in 2012 will include a summer trip to Devon as well as the return of our Halloween and Guy Fawkes holiday in late October and Winter arts and crafts holiday in February.

Due to the success of our Heroes, villains and legends holiday in 2011, which happened to coincided with the royal wedding, and street parties, we have decided to run this holiday again over the spring bank holiday 2012, which happens to coincide with the Queens Royal Diamond jubilee, so expect more street parties in 2012...

Availability

We have a limited number of places available on our Blackpool 3 nights short breaks running throughout September. We will be staying in luxury three bedroom static homes situated on the Marton Mear holiday park right on the doorstep to the lights and sounds of Blackpool .......... price - £335 - £345 (for details and itineraries check out our main holiday page)


We have 3 places left on out TV Movies and theatre holiday in October, we will be staying at Peak country house, set in the Derbyshire peak district..... Price - £535.00 (for details and itineraries check out our main holiday page)

 

We have 2 places available on our Christmas winter wonderland 1 and one place available on our Christmas winter wonderland 2 - priced £425.00 Do you love Christmas? We do, that why we have 2 extra Christmas’s each year.... we bring Christmas to you early on these two holidays, with mince pie and cookie baking, Christmas decoration making as well as Christmas shopping all being high on our Christmas agenda. We also have some limited funding available for those who may need it.

 

Funding

From time to time Papillon holidays will receive funding from a number of different organizations to enable us to offer our discounted places to those that without funding would not be able to afford a much-deserved holiday.

Thanks to David, &Tracy and all the Customers at the Legh arms Public house, Ashton Old Rd, Who fund raise for various charities throughout the year as well as Visit Lancashire, the Derbyshire tourist board, and Blackpool attractions UK.com, we are able to offer a limited number of part funded places.

If you need help with funding then please contact us for availability.

Please only request a funded place if it is necessary as there are those that do not have the resources to fund a much-needed break.

We are always looking to secure small amounts of funding for holidaymakers and will post any places available on our web site or inform our holidaymakers via our newsletter. If you would like to be placed on a data base of potential Holidaymakers who may require financial assistance then please contact us via phone – e mail or in writing and we will place you on a database and contact you as and when funding is available.

 

Papillon Social Club

We are looking to start a Papillon Holidays Social club sometime in the summer, and are currently looking for ideas from you our valued holidaymakers.
The aim of the club will be to give our holidaymakers the chance to get together from time to time on an evening or weekend, to meet and reacquaint friendships that they have made whilst on holiday with us.
Our social club will not be exclusive to Papillon holidaymakers as we see this as a chance for potential holidaymakers to come and meet the team and our regular holidaymakers.
We are also looking for people who would like to be part of the social club committee, your role would be to discuss how you would like your social club to be run and what activities you would like the social club to participate in, as well as organizing day trips and special events, Garden parties, Christmas parties , disco’s etc. we would also like you to feed back on your holiday experiences with us at Papillon Holidays, recommending improvements to our services and suggesting Holiday themes and activities.
If you would be interested in attending a Papillon social club maybe 6 times a year or even quarterly (it's your club so you can decide) or would like to play a part in setting up the social club then please contact us via e- mail or by writing to us at the address on our contact page..
